Steps to Apply

To provide you with a convenient, easy-to-use process, you may apply from the privacy and comfort of your home. The entire loan process involves the following six steps:

Step One

Download and print the application. Complete and sign the application.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader® to view disclosures related to your application request. You may download the software from Adobe/Acrobat/ for free.

Step Two.

Collect and copy to include with your application the following documents:

• Copies of your W-2 statements from your employers (two most recent years).
• If you are self-employed, copies of your complete income tax returns (two most recent years).

Step Three

Send the completed application, W-2s, and tax return information to Home National via the method that best works for you:

Step Four

Home National Bank’s team will notify you via email that your application has been received and of any additional information that may be needed to process your request. Upon receipt of complete information requested, you will be notified within 24 hours of your financing status by your preferred method of communication (indicated by you in this application) during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST).

Step Five

Upon financing approval, your loan documents will be mailed to you within 2 business days to sign and return to Home National.

Step Six

Upon receipt of completed signed documents at Home National, loan proceeds will be funded directly to World Bank on your behalf.
